Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- The volume of cross-border transfers received in Uzbekistan made up US$3 billion in January-July 2020, decreasing compared to the same period of the previous year by US$217 million or 7%, the Central Bank reported.
The volume of sent foreign exchange funds reached US$516 million, which is less than the same period of last year by US$47 million, or 8%.
As a result, the positive balance on cross-border transfers was at the level of US$2.5 billion, which is US$170 million (or 6%) less than in the same period of last year.
