Representatives of administration of Latina province, tourism organizations and companies, scientific circles participated at the event, Jahon news agency reported.

At the meeting, the participants familiarized with development of tourism in Uzbekistan, rich spiritual and cultural heritage, nature and unique historic sights. They also received information materials and watched video about Uzbekistan.

It was stated that ecologic, archeological, mountain, sport and rehabilitation tourism are developing in Uzbekistan.

Formia mayor Sandro Bartolomeo underlined important role of tourism in developing relations and understanding between people and countries. He said that such presentations allow to find out more about countries, their history and culture.

Representative of Tourism Association “House and Sons” Antonio Iadanza said that Uzbekistan has great tourism potential and attracts interest of foreign tourists and companies.
