The post has been equipped with modern X-ray devices, scales, radiation portal monitors as well as CCTV and communication devices in order to check vehicles, goods and passengers’ hand luggage.

Conditions are created for the effective work and rest of customs workers, as well as staff members of border, sanitary and epidemiological, veterinary and quarantine services. In particular a comfortable recreation room, a classroom, a gym and a canteen have been built for them.

The new complex, where all conditions are created, is aimed at protecting the economic interests of Uzbekistan, and will make it possible to simplify the customs formalities, efficiently carry out the work related to crossing the border.
