Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- The President of Uzbekistan proposed holding the “Games of the Future” competition in 2026 in Uzbekistan.

On 21 February, President of Uzbekistan Shavkat Mirziyoyev spoke at the opening of the first international competition “Future Games”, which started in Kazan (Russia).

The head of state warmly congratulated the President of Russia on hosting the first such large-scale event, combining traditional and virtual sports, and wished good luck to the young people participating in the competition.

“We think all my colleagues will agree, little by little: next time in Kazakhstan, and in 2026 we are ready to host you in Uzbekistan,” he said at the opening ceremony of the Future Games in Kazan.
