According to changes, vehicles owners now should submit act on testing gas compressor cylinders and copy of certificate of conformance of gas compressor cylinders, installed in cars.

At the inspection of cars, the inspectors should check exploitation term, production year, plant number, testing term of gas compressor cylinders and correspondence of gas compressor cylinders to set requirements.

The government provided right to Interior Ministry’s officers to withdraw number plates of those cars, which did not pass technical inspection. The number plates will be returned after elimination of shortages and violations.
