Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- President of Uzbekistan Shavkat Mirziyoyev signed a law that amends the Code of Administrative Responsibility.

According to the law, for leasing state property without a proper lease agreement, unreasonably preventing the tenant from accepting the leased state property, accessing the territory of the leased property and using it, or leasing state property with incorrect parameters and quantities in the lease agreement, a fine is imposed. officials in the amount of 5 to 10 sizes of basic estimated value (BEV) (from 1.7 million to 3.4 million soums).

Repeated commission of this offense within a year after the application of an administrative penalty entails a fine on officials from 10 to 15 sizes of BEV (from 3.4 million to 5.1 million soums).

This law comes into force on the day of its official publication.
