Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) — According to the National Statistics Agency, Uzbekistan imported a total of 138,933 air conditioners between January and May 2025, with a total value of 37 million US dollars.

The bulk of the imports came from China, which accounted for 132,657 units. Significant deliveries were also recorded from Kazakhstan (3,362 units), Türkiye (1,544), Italy (295), and the Republic of Korea (265).

An additional 810 units of climate control equipment were imported from other countries.
