Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) — As of 1 January 2025, there are nearly 7.6 million apartments and houses in the Republic of Uzbekistan, according to the data from the National Statistics Committee.

Compared to the same period last year, the number of residential properties increased by 92,500 units, representing a growth of 1.2%.

Looking at the year-on-year dynamics, the number of apartments and houses in Uzbekistan as of January 1 each year was as follows:

2021: 6.6 million

2022: 7.1 million

2023: 7.3 million

2024: 7.5 million

2025: 7.6 million
