Uzbekistan has harvested over 3.7 million tonnes of cotton, the Uzbek national news agency UzA has reported.

According to information UzA has received at the Ministry of Agriculture and Water Resources of the Republic of Uzbekistan, the country’s agricultural workers have already gathered in more than 3.7m tonnes of cotton.

The Republic of Qoraqalpogiston and all the regions have over-fulfilled their contractual obligations, the report said.
