Uzbekistan Futsal Association said it received invitation from Azerbaijan Futsal Federation to participate at the tournament. The Uzbek Association said it accepted it.

Uzbekistan national futsal team will hold a training camp in Tashkent on 4-11 February and after that it will fly to Baku. Uzbekistan, Azerbaijan, Latvia, Moldova and Belarus will participate in the tournament.
