Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) — The Uzbekistan Footballers’ Association has officially become a member of FIFPRO, the international federation that unites over 70 professional footballers’ associations worldwide.
The membership ceremony took place in Indonesia during FIFPRO’s General Assembly. Previously, the Uzbekistan Footballers’ Association held candidate status, but it has now become a full member of the organization.
The Uzbekistan Footballers’ Association was established in 2017 and has been actively working to protect the rights and interests of players since its inception.
Founded in 1965, FIFPRO represents the interests of more than 65,000 professional footballers worldwide. The organization’s headquarters is located in Hoofddorp, the Netherlands, and its members include national players’ associations from various countries.
