Uzbekistan fails to qualify to FIFA U-17 World Cup

Uzbekistan could not book place in FIFA U-17 World Cup after a 5-2 defeat in the hand of Syria in quarterfinals of the AFC U-16 Championship.
The match started 30 minutes later due to heavy rains in Thailand. It should be mention that the pitch conditions were awful during the match.
Striker Abdullah Barakat opened the score on 17 minutes. He recorded hat-trick on 30 and 47 minutes. Mohammad Jaddoua added a fourth on 53 minutes, while Anas Aji netted the fifth goal of Syria.
Shokhrukh Mahmudkhojiyev netted the brace. He scored his first on 61 minutes. He scored his second from penalty kick on 84 minutes.
