Uzbekistan exports gold worth US$8.15 billion in 2023

Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- In 2023, Uzbekistan increased gold exports by 98.4% compared to 2022 - to US$8.15 billion, according to data from the Statistics Agency of Uzbekistan.

Gold exports increased from US$4.11 billion in 2022 to US$8.15 billion in 2023.

At the same time, the share of gold in Uzbekistan’s total exports increased from 20.8% in January-December 2022 to 33.4% in January-December 2023.
