Uzbekistan exports electricity for US53.14m to Afghanistan

Speaking at the session of the fraction of the Social Democratic Party of Uzbekistan “Adolat” at Legislative Chamber of Oliy Majlis, deputy chairperson of Uzbekenergo Ruziqul Raimov stated that the company exported products and services ofr US$54.814 million in nine months of 2013.

At the same time, he said that Uzbekenergo exported electricity for US$53.14 million in nine months of 2013.

He said that the volume of produced goods in the industry reached 3.33 trillion soums in January-September 2013. The company supplied 32.3 billion KWH of electrivity and 5.7 million Gcal of heating energy to consumers.
