Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) — From January to December 2024, Uzbekistan exported 85,763 tons of persimmons, generating a total revenue of US$57 million, according to the Statistics Agency.
Russia was the primary export destination, receiving 64,344 tons of Uzbek persimmons. Kazakhstan imported 15,369 tons, while Turkmenistan and Kyrgyzstan received 3,348 tons and 1,747 tons, respectively.
Additionally, Uzbekistan exported 955 tons of persimmons to other countries worldwide.
