Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) — From January to August 2024, Uzbekistan exported 30.1 thousand tons of plums to 12 countries, amounting to a total of US$24.3 million, according to the Uzbekistan Statistics Agency.
Compared to the same period last year, the export value of plums increased by US$4.1 million.
Of the total volume, 19.1 thousand tons were shipped to Russia, 9.4 thousand tons to Kazakhstan, and 1.4 thousand tons to Kyrgyzstan.
Additionally, 177 tons were exported to Belarus, 14 tons to Mongolia, and 7.8 tons to the United Arab Emirates.
