Uzbekistan defeats Lebanon in friendly match
Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) --
Uzbekistan national football team defeated Lebanon in a friendly match, which was held in Dubai (the United Arab Emirates) on 14 February 2016.
The match ended with a 2-0 victory of Uzbekistan. Eldor Shomurodov and Server Djeperov were on target for Uzbekistan in the match.
Currently, Samvel Babayan’s side is preparing to the matches of the 2018 FIFA World Cup qualifiers against Philippines on 24 March and Bahrain on 29 March. Both matches will be held in Tashkent.
