About 41,600 new jobs were created to launch of new enterprises and expansion of capacities of the existing firms, 209,500 new jobs – due to creation of new small businesses and microforms, 61,000 jobs – development of individual entrepreneurship, 123,400 jobs – out-works, 70,500 jobs – at farms, 39,400 jobs due to development of production, social and market infrastructure and 8,900 jobs – due to rehabilitation of insolvent and non-operational enterprises.
About 66,900 jobs were created in 28 labour-abundant regions due to development of small enterprises and microfirms, organization of outworks, farms and rehabilitation of non-operational enterprises.
Active measures in labour market helped to increase employment level by 2.5%, wages in economy – 18.5%, average size of pensions – by 28.6%. Real aggregate incomes of population rose by 16.3%.
