Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- An extraordinary Congress of the Asian Boxing Confederation was held in Bangkok, Thailand. During the event, issues regarding the development of boxing in the region were discussed, as well as a report on the competitions held for 2022.

Uzbekistan Boxing, based on the results of the medals won for 2022, was recognized as the “Best Federation” of Asia and received a special award from the Asian Boxing Confederation. The award was accepted by Advisor to the Chairman of the Boxing Federation of Uzbekistan Malik Babayev.
