Saveliy Abramov opened the score on 9 minutes, while Jonibek Kuchimov doubled the lead on 42 minutes from penalty kick.

Abdulaziz Alhadiyah and Khaled Mohammad netted two goals in the end of the first half to equalize the score.

Sukhrob Nurulloev netted the third goal of Uzbekistan on 68 minutes. Hudoyberdi Halikov was the author of the fourth goal of Uzbekistan in the end of the match.

Uzbekistan topped the Group C with seven points to advance to quarterfinals. The opponent of Uzbekistan in quarterfinals will be determined later today.

The quarterfinal match with participation of Uzbekistan will be held on 14 September and kicks off at 18:00 Tashkent time.
