Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) – Uzbekistan has introduced a ban on holding mass events that involve the distribution of free goods.
The relevant decree was issued by the government of the country.
The document prohibits the attraction of citizens to mass events by distributing free goods and material values.
Additionally, the sale of goods at "excessively reduced" prices as part of promotional campaigns and other events is also prohibited.
The Ministry of Internal Affairs and the National Guard have been instructed to strengthen oversight to ensure compliance with this decree.
