In the reporting period, Uzbekistan attracted 32 grants for US$38.3 million in healthcare, education and improving skills of workers.
Another 10 grants for US$11.1 million were attracted in the sphere of social protection, development of culture and sport.
Uzbekistan also attracted two grants for US$15 million in the sphere of agriculture and water management.
Two more grants for US$8.3 million were attracted to technical equipment and institutional development of law enforcement and customs bodies.
One grant for US$0.5 million was attracted to development of economy, finance market and entrepreneurship. Uzbekistan attracted three grants on other directions for US$1.8 million.
It is worth to mention that Uzbekistan attracted 67 grants for US$51.7 million in the first quarter of 2016 and 89 grants for US$47.7 million in the second quarter of 2016.
