Uzbekistan attends Frankfurt book fair

State scientific publishing house Uzbekistan Milliy Ensiklopediyasi participated at the fair, Jahon news agency reported.

Over 280,000 people participated in the book forum. Uzbek books attracted great interest of the visitors, the report said.

Vice President of Denmark’s New Era Publications Tomas Geldenitz highly rated works of the book publishers of Uzbekistan. He expressed interest in cooperation with the Uzbek companies, including Uzbekistan Milliy Ensiklopediyasi.

The Uzbek delegation held several meetings with publishers and discussed issues of bilateral cooperation in publishing of books, exchange of experience and train specialists.
