Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- President of Uzbekistan signed a Resolution “On measures for the preparation and holding of the 2024 Futsal World Championship”.

The document was adopted to ensure decent preparation, organization and holding at a high level of the Futsal World Championship, which will be held from 14 September to 6 October 2024 in Andijan, Bukhara and Tashkent.

The document notes that the composition of the Organizing Committee for the preparation and holding of the 2024 Futsal World Cup has been formed.

An action plan for the preparation and holding of the 2024 Futsal World Championship was also approved.

In June and August 2024, a futsal tour route – “Trophy experience” – will be developed and implemented throughout the republic, which will present to the public the main prize of the World Championship - the World Cup.

A special online platform will be developed for identification, registration and verification of tickets and accredited persons using modern technologies (QR code).

Between August and October 2024, discounts on train tickets of 50 percent will be provided for accredited individuals and foreign and domestic fans holding tickets to World Cup games.

Persons who have been accredited for the World Cup and have tickets for the games will be able to use public transport (buses, metro) free of charge on match days.
