Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) - Uzbekistan and Saudi Arabia agreed to increase the number of regular flights between cities to 70 per week.

The agreement was reached as a result of negotiations between the delegation of the Ministry of Transport of Uzbekistan and the Aviation Administration of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia within the framework of the ICAO “ICAN-2023” event.

The increase in the number of flights will create additional opportunities for pilgrims and tourists, deepening ties between countries.

There will be 14 flights per week from Tashkent to cities in Saudi Arabia.

It also launches 21 flights per week between other cities with international airports.

This will increase air traffic between the two countries by almost 2.5 times and strengthen their mutual ties.
