Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) — A delegation from Uzbekistan, led by Behzod Musaev, Director of the Migration Agency under the Cabinet of Ministers, is currently on an official visit to Moscow, Russia.
The delegation includes Shokhrukh Daliyev, First Deputy Minister of Higher Education, Science, and Innovation of Uzbekistan, who is holding a series of key negotiations.
One of the main topics discussed during Shokhrukh Daliyev’s meeting with Konstantin Mogilevsky, Deputy Minister of Science and Higher Education of Russia, was cooperation in the field of labor migration.
During the talks, both sides exchanged views on enhancing the quality of professional training for Uzbek citizens heading to Russia for work, as well as on improving their proficiency in the Russian language.
Additionally, as part of the implementation of previously reached high-level agreements, discussions were held on the prospects of opening a branch of Bauman Moscow State Technical University in Uzbekistan and on improving the operations of Russian universities within the country.
