Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) —  Minister of Transport of Uzbekistan, Ilkhom Makhkamov, and the Minister of Transport of Russia, Roman Starovoit, held talks in Moscow during the "Transport-2024" forum and exhibition, organized as part of the "Transport Week – 2024."

During the meeting, the parties discussed the implementation of joint railway infrastructure projects, as well as the use of new routes across the Caspian Sea.

As a result of the talks, a memorandum of understanding was signed between the ministries, aimed at organizing cooperation in the field of railway infrastructure construction.
