Uzbekistan and Russia discuss current cooperation issues during political consultations
Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) — On 18 April, another round of inter-ministerial political consultations between Uzbekistan and Russia took place in Moscow.
The meeting was co-chaired by Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Uzbekistan Bobur Usmanov and Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Russian Federation Mikhail Galuzin.
During the talks, the parties reviewed current issues of bilateral cooperation in the political, trade and economic, and cultural and humanitarian spheres.
The sides also exchanged views on cooperation within international and regional organizations, including the CIS, SCO, and UN, as well as within the “Central Asia – Russia” format.
