Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- Uzbekistan and Russia agreed to increase gas and oil supplies from the Russian Federation. This was stated by the President of Uzbekistan Shavkat Mirziyoyev during negotiations with the President of the Russian Federation Vladimir Putin.

Shavkat Mirziyoyev noted that the parties also agreed to modernize the gas transportation system.

“There are agreements to increase the volume of supplies of gas, oil and petroleum products,” Mirziyoyev emphasized.
