Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) — In Karachi, Uzbekistan’s Ambassador Alisher Tukhtaev met with the head of TCS, Khalid Awan.

The sides discussed the development of trade relations between Uzbekistan and Pakistan, the improvement of logistics, and the full utilization of the transport and transit potential of both countries.

The head of TCS confirmed support for the initiative of the President of Uzbekistan on interregional cooperation, emphasizing its importance for the development of transit and transport hubs and increasing trade turnover.

TCS expressed its readiness to open cargo air transportation between Uzbekistan and Pakistan, ensuring the fast delivery of perishable goods, and also intends to use its experience in cooperation with European and American countries to develop tourism flows between the two countries.
