Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) — The General Consulate of Uzbekistan in Kyrgyzstan organized a visit by Bahrom Tulgonov, a representative of the Tashkent-based company Lumiflex, to the regions of Kyrgyzstan to expand trade and economic ties and increase exports of Uzbek products.

Lumiflex, founded in 2020, specializes in the production of packaging materials and is the only company of its kind in Central Asia, utilizing equipment from Spain.

In the city of Kyzyl-Kiya, Batken Region, with the assistance of Boburmirzo Abdusamadov, the representative of the World Youth Association of Uzbekistan in Kyrgyzstan, negotiations were held with representatives of Kyrgyz companies such as Bio Milk, Murodjon ISE, 777 Ice Cream, Zhety Batyr, and BARBOL. As a result, agreements were reached to sign export contracts worth a total of approximately US$1 million.

It is expected that in the near future, representatives of the Kyrgyz companies will visit Tashkent for the official signing of the contracts.
