Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) —  Today, the Deputy Minister of Transport of Uzbekistan, Jasurbek Choriyev, met with the Executive Director of the EDCF Operations Group at the Export-Import Bank of Korea, Um Song-Young.

During the meeting, the parties discussed opportunities for financing transport infrastructure development projects in Uzbekistan, with a particular focus on implementing projects using the public-private partnership (PPP) mechanism.

The discussion covered specific projects related to the construction of airports and highways, as well as prospects for cooperation in other areas. Both sides exchanged views on existing projects and expressed interest in exploring new opportunities for investment and joint project implementation.
