Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) — On 21 February, a meeting took place between Jean-Marie La Porta, Executive Vice President and Business Group Director of the European company ILF Consulting Engineers, and Jamshid Kuchkarov, Deputy Prime Minister of the Republic of Uzbekistan and Minister of Economy and Finance.

During the discussions, the parties explored prospects for developing the green economy, introducing modern innovative technologies aimed at improving energy efficiency, and expanding cooperation in these areas. Special attention was given to key priorities such as the modernization of heating systems, the use of renewable energy sources, and the implementation of advanced energy-saving solutions.

At the conclusion of the talks, both sides expressed a mutual interest in further collaboration and agreed to continue working together toward achieving strategic goals in sustainable development.
