Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) — Uzbekistan’s Deputy Minister of Digital Technologies, Rustam Karimjonov, held a meeting with the Vice President of South Korea’s Daejin University, Professor Kwon Ho.

During the discussions, the parties explored promising areas of cooperation, including the development of academic ties, the integration of digital technologies into the educational process, and the attraction of grants and investments from the Republic of Korea.

Rustam Karimjonov provided a detailed overview of Uzbekistan’s ongoing digital education projects, emphasizing their importance in modernizing the country’s workforce training system.

As a result of the meeting, both sides reached an agreement to establish a partnership with Daejin University.

Founded in 1992, Daejin University currently enrolls approximately 7,500 students and is known for its scientific research and active international collaboration.
