Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- Deputy Prime Minister, Minister of Economy and Finance of Uzbekistan Jamshid Kuchkarov met with the Chairman of the Board of Directors of Aksa Energy Cemil Kazanci within the framework of the Uzbek-Turkish business forum in Ankara.
At the meeting, current reforms in the energy sector of Uzbekistan and their results were discussed, and prospects for cooperation in this area were identified. The parties exchanged views on the formation of projects, including the construction of power plants and power distribution networks in the regions.
Following the meeting, it was agreed to strengthen and expand cooperation in these areas.
Aksa Energy, founded in 1997 and part of Kazanci Holding, is involved in all aspects of energy facilities, including design, construction, installation of equipment and generators. The company's project portfolio includes more than 30 power plants using biogas, natural gas, wind, water, coal and oil.
