The Tashkent-based airline says it signed an agreement with Boeing on 30 October to provide the twin-jets over 2012-13.
It has also signed an agreement to acquire another four A320s, for delivery in 2013-14.
These will be in addition to the six A320s which the flag-carrier is already planning to take in 2011-12, following a deal last year.
It has not identified an engine selection for the extra A320s or other details. It said that the Government of Uzbekistan is supporting the airline to purchase these aircrafts.
