Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) – Uzbekistan Airports and EU Wings signed a cooperation agreement.

Under this contract, the Italian company EU Wings Srl will provide line maintenance of aircraft at the international airports of Tashkent, Bukhara, Navoi, Urgench, Namangan and Ferghana. Aircraft types serviced include Airbus 319, 320, 321, 330, Boeing 737, 767, 777, 787, Embraer RJ 170/190 and ATR 42/72.

According to the terms of the agreement, the Italian company will provide maintenance services at the above airports in accordance with the requirements of the airlines. This, in turn, will create favorable conditions for attracting new foreign air carriers to the airports of Uzbekistan, as well as provide an opportunity to create additional jobs.

Cooperation between the two companies began on 26 March 2024. As part of the conference and exhibition on repair and maintenance MRO Central Asia, held in Tashkent, the management of Uzbekistan Airports and the Italian company EU Wings Srl signed a memorandum of understanding.
