Uzbekistan Agrominitech Expo and Uzbekistan Agrotechmash Expo to be held in Tashkent

The Government of Uzbekistan approved a resolution “On measures on organization and holding of the Eighth international specialized exhibition-sale of mini-technologies and comp[act equipment for agro-industrial complex Uzbekistan Agrominitech Expo-2013 and the Second international specialized exhibition of agriculture tools, machines and equipment Uzbekistan Agrotechmash Expo-2013”.

The document is aimed at speeding up development of industrial production and construction in rural areas, organization of compact enterprises on processing fruit and vegetables and cattle products, introduction of new technologies and modern equipment, etc.

According to the resolution, the exhibition will be held at exhibition spaces of Uzexpocenter in Tashkent.

The document said that exhibition spaces of Uzexpocenter are provided to participants for free of charge. Construction of exhibition stands and provision of equipment and services will be provided based set rules.

The Government allowed to business entities in Uzbekistan, as an exception, to purchase agriculture tools, machines and equipment on direct contracts, signed within the exhibition Agrotechmash Expo-2013, without organization of tenders.
