The programme will be financed due to the State Budget, Fund for Development of Courts and Justice Bodies, grants and loans of international financial institutions and organizations, other sources, which are not banned by legislation.

Within the programme, it is planned to analyze current state of introduction and development of ICT, including information sources and systems, number and quality of interactive services, etc.

The programme envisages development of ICT infrastructure and to equip court employees with computers and office equipment, local network, audio and video equipment, and others. The programme stipulates improvement of computer literacy of court employees.

The programme also envisages creation of information system “Court Activities” and “Court documents”, which will collect, process, systematize and store information on activities of courts.
