Director-general of Uzbekinvest Fahriddin Saidahmedov underlined long-term character of cooperation between two companies and opportunities for further development of relations.

President of Korean RE Park Jong Won said two companies have similarities as both of them were founded by Ministries of Finance. After privatization in 1978, Korean RE successfully developed cooperation in international reinsurance markets.

Park Jong Won stated that Korean RE is interested in cooperation with Uzbekinvest to provide re-insurance protection to Korean investors, who work in Uzbekistan.

Fahriddin Saidahmedov underlined that Uzbekinvest is interested in increasing the volume of insurance of Korean investors.

During the talks, the sides reached agreement on exchange of information on investment projects, carried out at participation of foreign investors, for further insurance and re-insurance of the projects.

The sides also exchanged opinion on new insurance products, improve skills of specialists and exchange of experience between two companies.
