Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- The net profit of the National Insurance Company “Uzbekinvest” for the first quarter of this year madeup 13.9 billion soums, which is 53.4% higher than the same period of last year.

According to the company’s quarterly report, gross profit from insurance in annual terms increased by 70.9% and reached 23.9 billion soums.

The assets of the insurance company at the end of the first quarter of 2024 amounted to 2.1 trillion soums, which is an increase of 18.9% compared to the same period in 2023. Capital increased by 4% and reached 877.7 billion soums.
