The sides signed joint communique of the presidents of two states. Officials of Uzbekistan and Turkmenistan also signed bilateral agreements.

Speaking with mass media representatives, the presidents noted that negotiations were held in the spirit of openness, mutual trust and respect, constructive dialogue. The sides said achieved agreements will serve for further development of the Uzbek-Turkmen relations and interest of people of two states.

The sides underlined common and single views of the leaders of Uzbekistan and Turkmenistan on bilateral relations, regional and international issues.
