State Tax Committee of Uzbekistan signed an agreement with SSP-Maroqand under the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Uzbekistan on introduction of new interactive service to individual tax payers.

State Tax Committee said that earlier SMS-To’lov system was tested at Tax inspection of Uchtepa district of Tashkent city.

SMS-To’lov system allows tax payers to make payments for various services, as well as taxes and other payments, through mobile application without use of internet.

Clients should visit their commercial bank to subscribe to SMS-To’lov system. Currently, Microcreditbank, Asaka Bank and Infinbank are rendering services of SMS-To’lov system. SMS-To’lov system is completing integration projects with Universalbank, Ipak Yoli Bank and Hamkorbank.

From 1 July 2011, it is planned that SMS-To’lov system will be introduced at all commercial banks, which will allow all people to subscribe to the system.

After registration, clients should select “Pay taxes and payments” in the menu of the system and select tax type, region, sum of tax and click Pay button.

After the payment, the client will receive notification about payment status. The clients should be careful in entering the sum as the payment will not be reimbursed.
