The event was organized by Tashkent University of Information Technologies, Research Center for internationalization of information technologies (ITIRC), South Korean Research Institute of electronics and telecommunication (ETRI) under the assistance of the Uzbek Agency for Communication and Information, UzACI said.

The conference was aimed at disclosing new opportunities in ICT, considering regional problems, uniting various disciplines and scholars to develop IT in Asia, discussing new researches and technologies.

The participants discussed such issues as developing ICT in education and science, economy and management, at state bodies, communication systems.
