During the talks, the sides discussed actual issues of bilateral cooperation. In particular, they considered situation around Uzdunrobita, wholly owned subsidiary of Mobile TeleSystems.

The Russian side stressed that this problem has become complicated in nature and must quickly find mutually acceptable solution with joint efforts.

Economic Court of Tashkent on Monday annulled all licenses of Uzdunrobita. The Uzbek Agency for Communication and Information (UzACI) applied to the Tashkent Economic Court with demand to cancel all licenses of FE LLC Uzdunrobita. The UzACI accuses Uzdunrobita that its branches operated without licenses. Total sum of UzACI claims to Uzdunrobita is about US$210 million, which should be paid as license duties.
