Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- The Ministry of Public Education of Uzbekistan on its official website (www.uzedu.uz) launched a section with vacancies in the system of public education. At the moment, the project is piloted only in Tashkent.
It should be noted that the Ministry of Public Education of the Republic of Uzbekistan is tasked with introducing modern principles of personnel policy development in the public education system through the introduction of advanced and transparent organizational and legal mechanisms for the selection, training, retraining and advanced training of management and teaching staff.

The first step in this direction was the launch of a new section (http://ish.uzedu.uz) with vacancies on the official website of the Ministry, developed by specialists of the Center for ICT Development in Public Education and the Department on work with personnel of the Ministry of Public Education.
Visitors to the site at this time can familiarize themselves with the vacancies of schools, departments and the management of public education in Tashkent, as well as republican organizations of the Ministry of Public Education. After testing, the system will be gradually implemented in all regions of Uzbekistan.
Applicants can familiarize themselves with the requirements for the position and send their resume through a special form. The site also allows to view the statistics of open vacancies by region and Tashkent cuts.
Aziz Karimov, head of the Department on work with personnel of the Ministry of Public Education, said: “By launching this website, we took the first step to ensure transparency in the selection and recruitment of staff in the public education system and competition among applicants. If we have several candidates for one free space, we will be able to choose the best ones. ”
By launching the system, all schools, departments and administrations of public education, as well as organizations of the the ministry, will be required to hire employees through the new section of the official website of the Ministry. The leaders of the public education system, who will hire an employee to bypassing the new system, will be held accountable, including dismissal.
Department on work with personnel of the Ministry of Public Education of the Republic of Uzbekistan actively uses modern technologies in its activities. In particular, the staff of the Department introduced into practice online interviews with candidates for leadership positions in various organizations of the public education system to select the best specialists.
