Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) — The working visit of President of the Republic of Uzbekistan Shavkat Mirziyoyev to Moscow for the Commonwealth of Independent States (CIS) summit has concluded. The head of state has returned to Tashkent.
During his departure from Vnukovo International Airport, Shavkat Mirziyoyev was seen off by the Minister of Industry and Trade of the Russian Federation, Anton Alikhanov, and other officials.
During the summit, the President of Uzbekistan participated in the meeting of the CIS Heads of State Council and proposed several key initiatives aimed at strengthening mutually beneficial cooperation within the Commonwealth. These initiatives underscored the importance of collaboration among CIS member states.
