Uzbek President to pay visit to Azerbaijan on 11-12 October

Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- President of Uzbekistan Islam Karimov will pay an official visit to Baku on 11-12 October 2012 on invitation of the President of Azerbaijan Ilkham Aliev.

During the negotiations, the heads of state are expected to current state and perspectives of development of bilateral relations, exchange views on actual regional and international issues, UzA reported.

The two sides are planning to sign a joint statement and a series of bilateral documents directed at further deepening the Uzbek-Azerbaijani cooperation in various areas.
