Uzbek President approves protocol to agreement with Finland
Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) --
President of Uzbekistan Islam Karimov approved an agreement between two states on avoiding double taxation and preventing evasion from payment of income tax.
The agreement was signed on 9 April 1998. The protocol to the agreement was inked in Helsinki on 8 March 2016.
The protocol to agreement introduces new regulations in line with international standards of taxation transparency.
Uzbek President entrusted Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Uzbekistan to notify the Finnish side that the country carried out all necessary internal procedures, necessary to implement the agreement.
