Uzbek President appoints new chairperson of State Demonopolization Committee
Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) --
President of Uzbekistan Islam Karimov appointed new chairman of the State Committee on demonopolization and development of competition on 1 March 2010.
In line with the presidential decree, Jahongir Ismailov was appointed as the chairman of the State Committee on demonopolization and development of competition.
Jahongir Ismailov replaced at this post Boymurod Ulashov, who had served acting chairperson of the committee since June 2006.
